AFTER HOURS, WEEKEND, EMERGENCY & HOLIDAYS CALLS INCLUDING CALLS OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL COVERAGE AREA ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER RATES AND POSSIBLE "PORTAL TO PORTAL" CHARGES. STANDARD WARRANTY (REPAIRS) ICEPROS,LL. unless otherwise indicated on work order or invoice will warranty parts replaced for a period of 90 days and will warranty the labor to replace those parts for a period of 30 days. Warranty only covers physical parts replaced and listed on work order or invoice. No warranty on Non-physical parts and items, including but not limited to cleaners, degreasers, refrigerants, gases, etc., ICEPROS,LLC., is not responsible for loss or replacement of product (Ice, food, etc.) and as servicing agents, are also not responsible for damage to equipment and or property caused by a failure of faulty parts or equipment.

STANDARD TERMS: Payment for all services is due upon completion of repairs. Company business check and most major credit cards accepted (Convenience fee on Credit Card Transactions may apply). Established Open Accounts in good standing, terms may vary. PO# or Purchase order number required prior to providing service for all major organizations, including national chain accounts, hospitals, colleges, etc. Payment Terms are not to exceed 30 days max.
Most major Credit Cards accepted fees may apply on large purchases.

The Manufacturers Limited Warranty you received when you purchased your ice machine is not a 100% everything is covered no questions asked warranty, and although wording may vary between Limited Warranties, their intent is to protect you against a prematurely failure of a defective part within the product itself.
